Editorial Policy

Sponsorship disclosure

All sponsored content is clearly labelled "Sponsored Content" or "Partner Post" in accordance with advertising disclosure standards. The label appears where readers can see it before they read the article.

Editorial review

Every piece is reviewed for factual accuracy, relevance to our audience, grammar, and compliance with these standards before publication. Review takes 5–7 business days for Standard packages and 5 business days for Featured and Bundle packages.

We may request changes or reject content that does not meet the standard.

Prohibited content

• Pure promotional copy with no informational value for our readers
• Content making unverifiable or misleading claims
• Cryptocurrency, gambling, adult, or pharmaceutical content
• Content unrelated to Vietnam, Southeast Asia, or business topics
• AI-generated content without substantive human editorial oversight
• Political content or material targeting specific individuals negatively

Links

Contextual brand links are placed naturally within the article text and point to relevant pages on the advertiser’s website. Standard articles include up to 2 links; Featured and Bundle articles include up to 3.

Links must point to legitimate, relevant business pages and are reviewed before publication.

Corrections and removal

If an error is identified in a published article, we correct it promptly and note material changes. Articles have no scheduled expiry and remain live until you request removal; removal requests are handled promptly.

AI-generated content

We do not publish AI-generated content without substantive human editorial oversight. Where tools assist drafting, a human editor reviews and takes responsibility for the final published article.

Publication standards

We maintain these standards to protect reader trust, which protects the value of every placement we publish. We may update this policy and will reflect significant changes here.
